    • The 9-10 year old boys Opening Day Champions were the Orioles of Newport.  They went undefeated in the Opening Day Tournament April 21.     • Sweeneys Martial Arts Academy Students competed in the 15th Annual Arkansas Classic Championships Saturday. May 5 in Jonesboro. Over 300 competitors from six states competed in this tourney. Competitors who place from first through eighth places earn points for State Champion in the Arkansas Sport Karate Circuit.
