IMRAC announces photo contest winners

Shown in the photo is Johnny Powell of Diaz who was awarded the popular People's Choice award.  Jim Mclarty was awarded the Judge's Choice ribbon.   All winners received a ribbon for their achievement.  IMRAC would like to thank all the participants of the contest and look forward to having them again next year.
