  • Nancy's first experience selling real estate was working for Mr. Bill Pratt. Her beautiful smile endears her to everyone, and that coupled with her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients made her a natural for the real estate business. In 1960, she and her husband, Ralph Ford Sink, opened Sink Realty Company. Soon, Mr. Sink became a General Contractor and began building houses all over Newport. Together they developed various subdivisions in Newport, including San Mateo, Briar Cliff Homes, Meadow Lanes and Holiday Terrace. Regardless of the plan selected to build, Nancy usually convinced Ralph to add something "extra" to make the house special. When asked for a comment, Nancy said, "I want to thank the people of Newport and surrounding area for allowing me to serve you for more than 52 years. I also want to thank everyone that I have had the pleasure of working with at Sink Realty, past and present. Real Estate has been my life for so many years. It was something Ralph and I shared, and I will miss the excitement of the sale almost as much as I miss him. I hope to spend time with my family, but I will never forget my friends and 'running up to the office' in Newport Arkansas." Those currently working at Sink Realty Company include: Carol Falwell, Rob Penix, June Massey, Billie Thaxton, Cathy Tanner, Ginger Carlyle and Carol Penix.
