Harold Dick Roberts

He was born July 28, 1925 in Amagon, and married Miss Virginia Jean Stillwell on April 6, 1946.
Mr. Roberts was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Herbert Robbins.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Jean (Stillwell) Roberts; two sons, Leslie Roberts and wife, Alisia, of Tuckerman, and Michael G. Roberts of Newport; one daughter, Peggy Roberts of Searcy; one sister, Dorothy May Ray of Newport; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Friends visited at the funeral home Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012 from 3-5 p.m. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, 2012 at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
