  • City to observe holiday Monday

  • The City of Newport Public Works Department will be closed Monday, Oct. 8 in observance of Columbus Day.

  • Monday's trash will be picked up Tuesday while Tuesday's trash will be picked up on Wednesday.
    They will resume their regular schedule Thursday.
