Local Fire Department planning fundraiser
- The Weldon Fire Department will hold a fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 13.
Everyone is invited to come by and see them at the station. -

They will start serving smoked barbecue sandwiches, chips and drips around 5 p.m. The merchandise and pie auction will start around 6 p.m.
If you would like a smoked butt to take home call 870-217-3599 or 870-512-9547 before Friday, Oct. 12 to order ahead.
