Dorothy (Reid) Johns

She was born Aug. 30, 1937 at Jacksonport, the daughter of Omar and Eva (Branchcomb) Reid.

Mrs. Johns was preceded in death by her husband, Freeman Lee Johns; one brother, Cyrus Reid; one brother-in-law, Al Woods; and her parents.

She is survived by two sons, Thomas Everett and wife, Carla, of Bald Knob, and Bobby Nelson and wife, Susie, of Romance; one sister, Wanda Lee Woods of Newport; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 10 nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012 at Watson Cemetery.  Visitation was Friday, Oct. 19, 2012 from 6-8 p.m.
