The Tuckerman Bulldogs improved to 5-1 on the season with a pair of non-conference wins recently.
The Bulldogs celebrated Homecoming Friday night with a 64-55 win over Bradford.
Tuckerman jumped out to a slim 13-11 lead at the end of the first quarter before stretching their lead to three, 30-27 at intermission.
The Bulldogs outscored the Eagles 14-9 in the third quarter to take a 44-36 advantage into the final frame.
Three players were in double figures for the Bulldogs as Cade Niswonger led the way with 21 points and 10 assists. Derek Dean added 13 points and 7 rebounds while Spencer Shannon added 10 points and 7 rebounds. Matt Slagley and Tyler Chatman chipped in with 7 points each while Brandun Barnett added 6.
Tuckerman turned in their best offensive performance of the season Monday night as they hosted Maynard at Bly Story Fieldhouse.
The Bulldogs placed five players in double figures - three of them turning in double-doubles - as Tuckerman downed Maynard 89-70.
Tuckerman jumped out to a 22-20 lead at the end of the first quarter before they exploded for 30 second quarter points to put the game out of reach at halftime, 52-30.
The two teams played evenly throughout the second half as the Bulldogs held on for the win.
Shannon led Tuckerman with 27 points while Niswonger had 17 points and 12 assists. Chatman had 12 points and 10 rebounds. Barnett added 12 points while Dean chipped in with 10 points and 11 boards.
The Bulldogs will return to action Tuesday, Nov. 13 as they travel to Weiner before opening conference play Friday, Nov. 16 as they host Pangburn.
