Governor Mike Beebe today announced his intent to grant seven pardons.

An additional 53 clemency requests were denied and 38 had no action  taken upon them.  These include requests from both inmates and  non-inmates.  The seven applicants intended for pardons have completed all jail time,  fulfilled all parole-and-probationary requirements and paid all fines  related to their sentences.  There is a 30-day waiting period to receive  public feedback on the pardons before final action is taken.   Governor Beebe intends to grant pardons to the following people:  Jason Bishop (Springdale):  Burglary, Theft of Property This notice is issued based on the date of conviction (1989 - Madison  County), the fact that all terms of the applicant's sentence have been  completed and there have been no further criminal-law violations.  There  are no law-enforcement objections to the application.  Ann M. Jackson (Conway):  Theft of Property This notice is issued based on the date of conviction (2006 - Faulkner  County District), the fact that all terms of the applicant's sentence  have been completed and there have been no further criminal-law  violations.  There are no law-enforcement objections to the application.  James D. Odom, Jr. (Barling):  Battery  This notice is issued based on the date of conviction (1996 - Barling  District), the fact that all terms of the applicant's sentence have been  completed and there have been no further criminal-law violations.   There are no law-enforcement objections to the application.  Terry A. Rudder (Hector):  Battery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia This notice is issued based on the dates of conviction (1998 -  Russellville District, 2001 - Pope County), the fact that all terms of  the applicant's sentences have been completed and there have been no  further criminal-law violations.  There are no law-enforcement  objections to the application.  Kimberly Morrow Shurtleff (Ashdown):  Theft This notice is issued based on the date of conviction (1985 - Miller  County), the fact that all terms of the applicant's sentence have been  completed and there have been no further criminal-law violations.  There  are no law-enforcement objections to the application.  Denisho Stone (Marianna):  Possession of Marijuana This notice is issued based on the date of conviction (2007 - Jefferson  County District/Pine Bluff), the fact that all terms of the applicant's  sentence have been completed and there have been no further criminal-law  violations.  There are no law-enforcement objections to the  application.  Mickel D. Warren (Searcy):  Forgery, Burglary, Theft of Property This notice is issued based on the dates of conviction (1988, 1989 -  Cleburne County, 1988, 1989 - White County), the fact that all terms of  the applicant's sentences have been completed and there have been no  further criminal-law violations.  There are no law-enforcement  objections to the application.
