Arkansas State Police have identified the five people killed in a three-vehicle accident Thursday evening.
Arkansas State Police on Friday identified the five people killed in a three-vehicle accident on Highway 7 north of Bismarck Thursday evening.
The accident occurred at 7:11 p.m. Thursday on Highway 7 about 7.5 miles north of Bismarck, according to an ASP fatal crash summary.
The report identified Brandy Kizziar, 37, of 464 Tupelo Trail, Bismarck, as one of the five killed in the accident, which occurred at 7:11 p.m. Thursday.
The report states that Kizziar, who was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer, was traveling north on Highway 7 when she "crossed into the southbound lane striking [the second vehicle] head-on." A third vehicle, also southbound, "struck the rear" of the second vehicle, inuring the driver.
All but one of the occupants of the second vehicle, a 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck, were killed. Killed were Chris Anthony Rocha, 2, Jose Miguel Hernandez, 16, driver Edgar Rocha Martinez, 42, and Eva Figueroa Hernandez, 41, all of 2419 Finch Road, Bismarck.
A 5-year-old passenger identified as Anna Marie Rocha, also of 2419 Finch Road, was injured in the accident. She was taken to St. Joseph's Mercy Medical Center in Hot Springs with unknown injuries.
The driver of the third vehicle involved, 54-year-old Glenda Mclemore, of 788 Thomas Loop, Bismarck, was also taken to St. Joseph's with unknown injuries.
