The Tuckerman Bulldogs continued their return tour to the 2A classification as they picked up two big road conference wins.

The Bulldogs used balanced scoring to knock off Sloan-Hendrix 66-47 last Friday and Salem 75-59 Tuesday night.
Five Bulldogs scored in double figures each night as Tuckerman improved to 12-2 and remained perfect in conference play at 4-0.
Cade Niswonger led the Bulldogs with 15 points in the victory over Sloan-Hendrix. Brandun Barnett added 13 points, Matt Slagley and Spencer Shannon had 12 points each while Derek Dean added 10.
Dean and Slagley collected double-doubles as they grabbed 10 rebounds each.
Tuckerman led 29-22 at the half before outscoring Sloan-Hendrix 37-25 in the second half to pull away.
Against Salem, Shannon led the Bulldogs with 19 points while Niswonger had 17. Barnett and Slagley had 12 points each and Dean added 11.
Dean and Slagley earned their second double-double in five days as they both pulled down 11 rebounds. Niswonger dished out 8 assists.
"It was a battle all night," Tuckerman coach Morgan Gilbert said, "We led 36-31 at halftime and slowly pulled away in the second half."
Tuckerman will return to action Friday night as they host White County Central at Bly Story Fieldhouse. Junior girls action gets underway at 5 p.m. and will be followed by the senior girls and senior boys.
