A 19-year-old man has been arrested for the murders of an Arkadelphia man and his two daughters. The man, identified as "Riakos Lazana," (spelling of that name was not available as of this posting), was reportedly arrested at an Arkadelphia apartment complex without incident.
Clark County Sheriff Jason Watson issued a statement shortly before 11 p.m. Saturday announcing the arrest. No written statement has been presented and the Siftings does not yet have a definitive spelling of the suspect's name.
Watson declined additional comment, adding only that the investigation into Thursday's murder is ongoing and there could be others involved.
Dead are 40-year-old "Chino" Galbraith of Arkadelphia, a tattoo artist, who was home with his two stepdaughters and his daughter Thursday when the attack occurred. Galbraith's wife, 29-year-old Anna Galbraith, returned home shortly after 8 p.m. Tuesday to find Chino and her two daughters, ages 4 and 6, dead in the house. She called 911 and officers discovered the couple's infant daughter unharmed in the house but did not locate a suspect in the crime at that time.
Additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
