Gerald Mauldin

He was born June 19, 1958 in Newport, the son of George and Geraldine (Wilkerson) Mauldin.
Mr. Mauldin was a truck driver at H&V Trucking, and a member of the Remmel Church of Christ. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, and loved collecting guns, trains, and clocks. Mr. Mauldin loved music, and played several instruments.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Carl Dean and George Edward Mauldin; and one sister, Linda Diane Mauldin.
Mr. Mauldin is survived by his wife, Clara (Lowe) Mauldin; two step-sons, Will Wilker and wife Wendy of Florida and Alvin Wilker of Georgia; two step-daughters, Andrea Wilker and Lisa Wilker, both of Georgia; one sister, Virginia Norris of Newport; six grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Charles Brian Norris, Jr., and girlfriend, Kendall of Newport, Leslie Jones and fiancé Jason of Newport, and Kaysie Norris and fiancé Justin of Jonesboro; and great-nieces and nephews, Jaycee Riggs, Mason Norris, and Rielan West.
Graveside services are 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Walnut Grove Cemetery.
