She was preceded in death by her husband; Orville Mercer, parents; Troy and Faye Alls Owens, and one brother.
Her survivors are son; Jimmy Bagwell of Newport, daughters; Tracy Lamar (William) of Newport, Patty Robertson (Bobby Joe) of Hot springs, brothers; J.W. Owens, Troy Owens, Bradley Owens, Tony Owens, Terry Owens, Scotty Owens, Donnie Owens, sisters; Betty Lee, Bobbie Marshcabbage, Alice Owens, and eight grandchildren.
Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2013 at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel.
Visitation 3:00-5:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2013.
