  • Sheriff's department investigating death of inmate

  • On Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at approximately 8:45 A.M. an inmate at the Jackson County Detention Center was discovered in cardiac arrest. The Inmate was identified as James Alfred Elliott 3rd. age 37 of Tuckerman, Arkansas.
