Jeremy Elliott

He was born Jan. 5, 1976 at Newport, the son of James A. Elliott, Jr., and Margaret (Emery) Elliott Brumley.
Mr. Elliott was a machine operator at Southwest Steel in Newport. He was a member of the First Free Will Baptist Church at Tuckerman, and enjoyed fishing, and arrowhead hunting.
He is survived by his wife Spring Beck Elliott; his father, James A. Elliott, Jr.; his mother, Margaret Brumley; his step-mother, Vickie Elliott; three sons, Noah, Izaiah, and Bentley Elliott, all of Tuckerman; two brothers, Chris Brumley of Newport and Derek Curl of Bradford; one sister, Rebecca Elliott of Little Rock; two step-brothers, Chris Elliott and Michael Brumley, both of Newport; and two step-sisters, Becky Smith of Harrisburg, and Jennifer Chatman of Jacksonport.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Wednesday, March13, at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Dowell’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was Tuesday, March 12, 6 -8 p.m.
