According to Deputy Phillip Wheaton, Craighead County Sheriff's Department, the truck was located last Monday, April 1, just two days after Fulcher was reported missing out of Hernando, Miss.
"Through our investigation, a farmer picked him up Monday and hauled him to the (Jackson) County line." explained Wheaton. "He wanted to go to Newport and was apparently seen at the County Library."
Fulcher's sister, Lisa Billingsley of Newport, says that Fulcher was thought to be spotted at the county library, in Newport, sometime Thursday or Friday (April 4-5) and was thought to been seen on April 3 at the Exxon Truck Stop in Newport.
"The man at the truck stop said he was fine and that he borrowed the telephone," says Billingsley. "That was the last two things we heard."
Billingsley says the family is extremely worried because he suffers from a medical condition.
"He has health issues and is without his medication as far as we know," said Billingsley. "He's 38, and I know he's a grown man and everything, but he has health issues and he truly needs his medication."
