Registration is open and continues for both the Summer and Fall 2013 terms at Arkansas State University-Newport.

ASU-Newport currently offers 30 degrees and/or technical certifications and 11 certificates of proficiency in 17 fields of study, with more to be added in the Fall 2013 semester, and its enrollment of over 2,100 students in the current Spring 2013 semester set an all time-high for the college. Classes for the first summer term begin May 29, with classes for the second summer session beginning July 1.  Classes for the Fall 2013 semester will begin August 19.   ASU-Newport’s course offerings include College Algebra, Physical Science, English, Biological Science, U.S. and World History, Chemistry, Business Law, Criminal Justice and many more.  Courses are offered online as well as on all three of ASUN’s campuses in Newport, Marked Tree and Jonesboro. Summer and fall semester course offerings may be found online including our new Hospitality Services courses, which offer degrees and/or technical certificates in Hospitality, with an emphasis in Culinary Service, or Food Service and Management.
