Students will learn the effects of nutrition, exercise, and healthy life choices through a variety of activities presented by health care professionals. In The Arts sessions of Discovery College, students will embark on an adventurous trek into the world of theater, complete with a discussion of the origins and modern applications of this unique form of communication; learn a bit of Spanish, with a brief immersion into the rich and diverse culture of this region; enjoy a discussion of the past, as well as its influence on the future and delve into the ever present topic of diversity, and its applications for twenty-first century citizens.
