  • As is tradition, football is the most popular and loved sport to enjoy after a delicious Thanksgiving Day meal, sitting on the couch to watch some of the historic professional teams showcase magic for America. For many years, the NFL has been the league where everyone anticipates the key matchup teams battle on turkey day. Several of the most popular teams will be featured this year from the early morning to prime time on the biggest networks. The following is a scheduled for the featured teams and games for turkey day, along with a brief preview and matchup about the each game and team. Following the NFL schedule, the top NCAA Division I schools will take to the gridiron to provide the Thanksgiving weekend a special feature of classic match-ups. This includes the biggest rivalries - Arkansas vs. LSU, Alabama vs. Auburn and Ole Miss vs. Mississippi State and Ohio State vs. Michigan.  FOX (CST) Detroit Lions vs. Green Bay Packers 
 These two rivals faced off already on Oct. 6 when the Packers won by a score of 22-9. Aaron Rogers and the offensive exploded, so fans are expecting another offensive show. As of Nov. 14, the Packers’ 2013 record stands at 5-4, while the Lions are 6-3. This great re-match is the perfect way to spend turkey day in 2013. 2:30 p.m.
 CBS (CST) Dallas Cowboys vs. Oakland Raiders 
 The Cowboys are currently tied with the Eagles at the top of the pack in the AFC East, while Oakland is in last place in the AFC West. The Cowboys may be favored to win, but the Raiders beat them by a score of 19-17 earlier this year in preseason. As of Nov. 14, the Cowboys’ 2013 record stands at 5-5, while the Raiders are 3-6. 7:30 p.m.
 NBC (CST) Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Baltimore Ravens
 These two teams already faced off this year. On Oct. 20, it was an incredibly close game with the Steelers winning by three points for a final score of 19-16. Can Big Ben lead his team to another delicious victory on Thanksgiving Day? As of Nov. 14, the Steelers’ 2013 record stands at 3-6, which puts them in last place in the AFC North. Baltimore is in third place with a win-loss record of 4-5.
