Crowley's Ridge Development Council, Inc. (CRDC) began the Winter Regular Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program on January 6, 2014.

In order to apply for this assistance, you must have a regular utility bill of electric, gas, or propane. If your utilities are included in your rent, you must have a lease. Applications will be accepted on the following days and locations listed below. Please allow 35 days to process the regular application once all required information is received. All payments are sent directly to the utility company. We will continue to process regular applications until March 31, 2014 or until funds are depleted. The following is a list of documents needed to apply: previous month's income for everyone in the home eighteen years or older (i.e. check stubs, SSI, SSA, unemployment, TEA, utility assistant check from HUD, etc.), lease, regular bill. We do not make copies. All documents will be kept. The following is a list of days, times and locations of where the utility assistance applications will be taken.
