A Jackson County Circuit Court jury of nine women and three men found Tracie Lynn Snider, 37, of Hardy, guilty of one count of Aggravated Robbery and two counts of kidnapping Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010.
Third Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Henry H. Boyce said Snider was convicted of participating in the armed robbery of Old River Package Store in January, 2009.
The jury took just 24 minutes to find Snider guilty of participating in the robbery, along with two accomplices, during which a clerk at the store was held at gunpoint.
The jury recommended a 20-year sentence for the Aggravated Robbery and two 10-year sentences for each of the Kidnapping convictions. The sentences are to be served consecutively.
