The Crowley's Ridge Development Council, Inc. (CRDC) will begin taking applications for the Winter Crisis Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Thursday, March 1 for Cross, Greene, Poinsett and Woodruff Counties. It will start Monday, March 5 for Jackson, Craighead, Crittenden and St. Francis counties.
This program is designed to help with shut-off notices or get utilities reconnected.
The following is a list of documents needed to apply: previous month's income for everyone in the home 18-years or older (ie, check stubs, SSI, SSA, child support, unemployment, TEA, utility assistant check from HUD, etc.), shut-off notice. We cannot make copies of those documents so please bring your own.
