The Jackson County Library located in Newport offers many activities for the children, teens and tweens this summer. For the teen and tween coding programs, which took place on July 11th and 13th, the library did programs through Hour of Code. On July 12th, the children read several stories including Waiting Is Not Easy by Mo Willems, Miss Spider's New Car by David Kirk, The Little Old Man Who Could Not Read by Irma Black and Click, Clack, and Moo: Cows That Type by Doreen Cronin. Activities for that day included designing lady bugs as a craft.
