Kerry Tharpe announced plans today to seek a third term as Jackson County Judge.
"I would like to say that I love this job and I'm proud to serve the people of Jackson County as their county judge.
Without my staff at the road department, the landfill and the courthouse it would have been impossible to serve you these past three years. We are doing our best to run the county as efficiently as possible.
I want to say thank you to the people who had faith in me and helped put me into office. I would appreciate your vote in continuing to make Jackson County a better place."
