Hazel Mae (Woods) Estes passed away June 11, 2018
Hazel Mae (Woods) Estes of Grubbs, Arkansas went to be with her Lord on Monday, June 11, 2018, at the age of 73. She was born September 18, 1944 in Mississippi the daughter of late Hammel Woods and Gracelean Therrell Woods. Mrs. Estes was a retired CNA, she loved game shows, crossword puzzles and loved going to Tuckerman Home Town Days. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Mrs. Estes is preceded in death by her brother, Louis and her sisters, Betty and Sandra. She is survived by her husband of 26 years Sterling Estes of the home; one brother Danny Woods and wife Genny of Jordan, AR; one sister Faye Holt of Newport, AR; two daughters Darlene Christian and husband Riley of Atkins, AR, Tonya Estes of Grubbs; two sons Charles "Chucky" Arnold and wife Jodi of Newport, Chad Arnold and wife Casey of Tuckerman; 7 grandchildren Shea Ellis and husband Jeremy of Plainview, Chastity Jewett and husband Charley of Atkins, Hannah Briceno and husband Luis of San Antonio, Chase Arnold and Kylie Arnold of Newport, Nathan Hale and Bryson Estes of Grubbs; 4 great grandchildren; Bailey and Emily Ellis, Kamdin Smith, and Baby Briceno (on the way); 5 step grandchildren Tyler Jewett, Kourtlyn, Kaitlyn, Kerigan and Kloe Gaddis; a very special friend of 50 years that she called her sisters, Mary Jo Baty of Tuckerman and Betty Wortham of Swifton and a host of nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018 at the Tuckerman City Park.
