Mr. James Bunn, age 68 of Thida, died Monday, June 15, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marley and Made Bunn; one son, Melvin Bunn; and one brother, Junior.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Sue Bunn of Thida; five sons Jimmy Bunn of Thida, Leonard Bunn of Florida, Roger Bunn (Shree) of Southside, Daniel Williams (Opal) of Oil Trough and Jessie Williams of Diaz; six daughters, Ruth Moore of Southside, Pat Converse (Daniel) of Hot Springs, Connie Emery (Billy) of Pleasant Plains, Regina Middleton of Texas, Teresa Allen (Stanley) of Oil Trough, Lisa Magness (Steve) of Jacksonport; five brothers, Donald, Gary, Steve, David and Jack Bunn of Missouri; four sisters, Marlene Earls, Dorothy, Verneal and Norma Jean, all of Missouri; 38 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2009 at the Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in Maple Springs Cemetery.
