Mrs. Naomi Bradley McNutt, 96, of Tuckerman passed away Monday, July 26, 2010 at Newport. She was born June 29, 1914 in Charlotte, the daughter of Samuel and Viola Victoria Bradley.
Mrs. McNutt was a member of the Church of Christ. She will long be remembered for her sweet and gentle spirit and a high degree of integrity and Christian love for others. She gave her heart and life to Jesus at an early age and lived all her life as a Christian example.
Mrs. McNutt was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Andrew McNutt; an infant son; her parents; five brothers, Elson, Everett, Earnest, Claude, and Raymond Bradley; and one sister, Virgie Bradley Ballard.
She is survived by her daughters, Barbara McNutt and Jane McNutt, of the home, and Mable McNutt Marlowe and husband, Gerald, of Russellville; one son, Jimmy McNutt of Tuckerman; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Jackson’s Newport Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed in Gracelawn Cemetery. Visitation was Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from 6-8 p.m.
