Mr. William Griffith, 58, of Jonesboro died Tuesday, June 30, 2009. He was born Aug. 29, 1950 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Gates Claude and Francis Jean (Carlon) Griffith.
Mr. Griffith is survived by four sons, Charles Griffith of Tulsa, Okla., David Griffith of Grubbs, Dwight Griffith of Newport, and Leln Griffith of Newport; one daughter, Sanna Griffith of Newport; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 3, 2009 at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, July 2 from 6-8 p.m.
