Mr. Melvin Clyde Herman, age 65 of Newport, died June 16 2009. He was born April 21, 1944 to Clyde and Lois (Watts) Herman.
Mr. Herman is survived by his wife of 40 years, Trilla Herman; his mother, Lois (Watts) Herman; one son, Jeffery Herman; one daughter, Deanna Brownfield; three grandsons,; three granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.
He is preceded in death by his father, Clyde J. Herman; and one daughter, Joann Cosey
Funeral Service were held June 18, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Bradford Funeral Home Chapel in Bradford. Interment followed at Sandhill Cemetery.
