Mr. Leon K. Elder, Jr., 65, of Jacksonville, died Thursday, July 22, 2010. He was born Aug. 30, 1944 in Tuckerman, the son of Leon, Sr., and Annie Maye (Parrott) Elder.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mr. Elder is survived by one son, Kenneth Elder of Nashville, Ga.; two daughters, Buffy Elder of North Bay, N.Y., and Sherry Barrett of Tifton, Ga.; one brother, James Elder of Tuckerman; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
There will be no formal funeral services.
