* In the Main Event, Jerry “The King” Lawler and “Superstar” Bill Dundee were scheduled to battle in a Cage Match to crown the true King of Memphis wrestling with each wrestler holding 200 victories over the other in their 400 matches over 30 years. However, Dundee was unable to appear at the show but Lawler was quickly booked into a handicap match with X-Kaliber along with Manager of the Year, “Hollywood” Jimmy Blaylock with Special Referee “The Mouth of the South” Jimmy Hart. Lawler picked up the victory to show exactly why he is - and always will be - the King of Memphis.
